The Track and Field program offers both sprinter and distance training, we do not offer field events at this time.  Our focus is on good form and working through a season long workout program.
Each session starts with a warm-up, stretching, instruction on training and race strategies then specific workouts.  The session ends with a cool down, strength conditioning and stretching.
